About the program
Over the years, it has become evident that parents need support too. Moms have gotten into an unhealthy habit of minimizing or eliminating self-care in an effort to "be the best parent ever." This leads to burn-out, isolation, and extreme stress levels. I have taken my certification in life coaching, added certifications in mindfulness and parent training, sprinkled on 20 years of experience, and developed a program designed for moms to help them stay calm, mindful, and whole, while teaching their children to be capable and independant adults.
